This may be necessary depending on the services you require. We believe in positive communication and the building of relationships.

 

Tailor made quote

There are multiple options available to you. Every quotation we give is specific to your business and archiving requirements.

 

Preparation and transportation

Ancora staff will prepare the box / file or tape for moving to our pre-agreed sites with dates and times planned at the initial planning meeting.

 

Cataloguing

Ancora Archiving have the skill and experience to complete the important indexing / cataloguing task for you. Close attention to detail at this set-up stage ensures that the filing system will work efficiently from the outset as every future movement is electronically recorded.

 

Assign Unique location in our storage facility

After the cataloguing process, customers boxes or files are then relocated to a unique secure location within our storage centre. Your boxes or files will remain in this location until they are either recalled or go for destruction.

 

Retrievals

You can order a delivery of any box / file or tape that is located in our Records Centre 24 hours a day/365 days a year. We are contactable via email, telephone or fax. Once Ancora Archiving receives your retrieval request, items are picked from their unique location and prepared for transportation.

 

Delivery to premises

Your boxes are delivered directly to your premises where they will be signed for to complete the audit trail.

 

Return of information to records centre

When you are finished with your box / file or tape, simply contact us again and we will collect them and return them to their correct secure location within our premises.
